Processing Time

As many of our items are personalised there is a turnaround time from your order of between 1-3 days. 

This processing time is on top of delivery times - so if you choose standard delivery we would expect you order to be delivered within 3-7 days.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are dependent on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. If your order value is over £40 we offer free delivery.

Our delivery prices are as follows:

Standard Delivery

• Under 500g:  £2.00
• Over 500g:    £2.95

 Express Delivery

• Under 500g:  £3.00
• Over 500g:    £3.95
